CANCELLATIONS AND MISSED APPOINTMENTS

We consider any appointment that you have made with us, important. This is why we do our very best to ensure that we respect your time and needs by keeping our appointments.


Most professionals have cancellation policies, as it is difficult and often impossible, to fill appointment spots on short notice.


Most professionals also have firm policies around missed appointments; clients are usually charged for the cost of the missed appointment. There are a few reasons why they do this:

  • Time has been reserved exclusively for the client; other people who could have benefitted from this appointment time cannot use it.

  • When professionals reserve the time in their work schedule, they expect to be compensated for it.

  • There is considerable time and work invested to prepare for the appointment.



Cancellation Policy


  • If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request 24 hours notice.

  • If you cancel with less than 24 hours before your appointment time, you will be billed a $50 late cancellation charge.

  • Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled appointment will be billed a $100 no-show charge.


We understand that sometimes clients cannot make their appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In the case of a personal emergency, we will waive these fees.
